DS90C365MTD Overview

Due to the enhanced 48-TFSOP (0.240, 6.10mm Width) package, this driver IC is excellent for driving common LEDs.In this package, the receiver is mounted in the Tube format.The Driver can transceiver type enables this part to be used in a wide range of applications.PCBs or development boards with Surface Mount-types can accommodate this wide receiver.In terms of power supply, this differential driver utilizes 3V~3.6V.Up to 1/0 receivers/drivers can be installed simultaneously on this electronic part.An output voltage range of 3.3V is sufficient to run this line driver ic efficiently.The integrated terminations of this wide receiver allow it to drive and receive signals from data.As a standard package, this transceiver comes with a 48-pin layout that follows the market standard.In this ic receiver, the resolution was able to be set to a maximum of 4 bits.This transceiver module cannot be operated above 70°C°C.It is recommended to keep the operating temperature above -10°C.
