A higher level of flexibility is provided by its 20-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package.Tube represents the package.For its configuration, it incorporates 4 drivers.Its recommended mounting way is Through Hole.In the absence of a power supply voltage of 9.5V~15V V, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.Gate type N-Channel MOSFET is designed for it.In this device, temperatures must not exceed -40°C~125°C TJ.Non-Inverting is the input type used in this program.There are 20 terminations to form the base of its configuration.Mosfet driver employs an interface chip called FULL BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER as Mosfet drivers interface chip.A high-side voltage can be set up to 95V (Bootstrap).
