For greater flexibility, the 24-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package is adopted.Tube is the packaging method.6 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.Through Hole is mounted in the way of the device.When the supply voltage is 7V~15V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.Gate type N-Channel MOSFET is designed for it.For this device, the temperature range is -40°C~150°C TJ.The input type is Inverting, Non-Inverting.It's configured with 24 terminations.A boot strap voltage of 95V is the maximum possible high-side voltage.A unique technology can also be used to provide JUNCTION TEMPERATURE FOR TEST.
