HSP43220JC-25 Overview
As far as packaging is concerned, it comes in a 84-LCC (J-Lead) package.There is a Bulk package that comes with it.I would like to point out that the gadget has a Surface Mount mounting type.In this case, the part's filter type is Digital.I believe it should be able to work with a power source of 4.75V~5.25V, if it works at all.84-pins are used in total on this board.As the peak reflow temperature reaches 225, the reflow process begins.There is always a source of 5V being used to power the component at all times.Filter is important to note that 1 refers to the filter figure.Currently, 70°C is the highest working temperature that can be achieved.
