ICL7660CPA Overview
It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tube package. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 8 terminations were made. The type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with is SWITCHED CAPACITOR CONVERTER. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package. In this case, DC DC switching regulator has 1 outputs configured to it. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Fixed output generated. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Through Hole mounting. Keeping dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature at 0°C~70°C TA is essential when operating. A DC-DC switching regulator such as this one switches at 10kHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 1.5V. According to the table below, DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to -Vin 2Vin. As a result of the 45mA output current, voltage regulator offers maximum flexibility in design. Voltage regulators' input voltage is limited to 10V.
