Uses the handy 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.This part serves as a voltage reference and is controlled by a Shunt signal.The external packaging contains Tube.There are different types of functions that end with 8.In order to measure voltage accurately, a tolerance of ±1.626% must be used.Input can be entered via a Fixed form.The part includes pins 8.Reflow soldering shouldn't exceed 240.Surface Mount can be used to make the PCB design more demanding.The voltage reference circuit can be used within the range of 0°C~70°C TA.It can be used by applications with 5mA inputs.The cathode current should be 50μA.This voltage is fixed/minimum.The voltage reference can output a voltage of 1.23V regardless of the external conditions.In order to better accomplish its purpose, it has LOW NOISE.
