ICL8069DESA Overview
An easy-to-use 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is used.The handy Shunt package is used in this program.This program uses the handy Tube package.Various terminations with 8.For precise voltage reference, use ±1.626% tolerance.Input can be entered into Fixed forms.The voltage reference ic has 8 pins.The reflow soldering temperature should not exceed 240.The PCB design can be made more demanding by using Surface Mount.Worked within -40°C~85°C TA.For applications with 5mA inputs, the reference voltage is suitable.A cathode current of 50μA is generally considered to be correct.Voltage 1.23V is generated as a fixed/minimum value.Voltage reference that outputs 1.23V regardless of external conditions.The purpose is better served by LOW NOISE.
