ISL24003IRZ Overview
A Tube package contains class d amplifier.For the sake of reducing space, class d amp is accessible in the 44-VFQFN Exposed Pad package.Considering its high performance, it is an excellent choice for TFT-LCD Panels: Gamma Buffer, VCOM Driver.Using the Surface Mount method, audio power amplifier is mounted on the PCB.The 18 circuits provide audio ic's enhanced flexibility.On audio digital amplifier, there is a pin count of 44.There are 44 terminations on digital amplifier.Its -3db bandwidth is 10MHz.Digital sound amp is supplied with a current of 11.5mA.This audio power amplifier is included in Buffer Amplifier.Due to the 15V supply voltage, high efficiency is possible.An operating temperature of less than 85°C is recommended.The working temperature should be at least -40°C.
