ISL6439IR Overview
It comes in a 16-VQFN Exposed Pad package, so switching controller can be used for most applications. 1 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. A solid enclosure of Tube surrounds pmic. There are Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. The supply and operating voltage of the dc control are 2.97V~3.63V. Suitable for work in a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher. It can switch at 300kHz. Surface Mount makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. Enable, Phase Control is used for efficient switching control in the dcdc regulator. A SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog integrated circuit is connected to the switch converters. QUAD are the position of the terminal of the switching converters. A variety of dc switching's functions can be performed on 16 terminations.
