ISL6439IRZ Overview
The switching controller fits in the 16-VQFN Exposed Pad package and is ideal for most applications. There is enough capacity in the dc motor controller to generate the output for the 1 input. There is a Tube solid enclosure around the pmic. It is capable of handling Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). 2.97V~3.63V is the supply voltage and the operating voltage of the dc control. Suitable for work in a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher. Switching can be done at 300kHz with this switching controller. The Surface Mount value makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. Enable, Phase Control is used for efficient switching control in the dcdc regulator. The switch converters are connected to an analog IC with a SWITCHING CONTROLLER output. The switching converters's terminal (s) are designed at QUAD . There are many different types of terminations for 16. To name a few of the control techniques these dc dc converter ics adapt, it includes PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. The nominal DC switcher's voltage input is 3.3V. It should be noted that the dc to dc regulator only accepts 3.465V voltage as input voltage.
