ISL6520ACB-T Overview
With a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller is suitable for a wide range of applications. dc motor controller is suitable for 1 output generation. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR). A total of Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs can be handled by it. dc controls with 4.5V~5.5V voltage are supplied and operated. Worked in an dc switcher with a 0°C~70°C TA rating. Switching can be done at 300kHz with this switching controller. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator. For efficient switching control, the dcdc regulator features Phase Control. A SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog integrated circuit is connected to the switch converters. A switching converters's terminal (s) sits at the DUAL position. The 8 terminations can be used for a wide range of dc switching. The control methods that these dc dc converter ics use include PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. There is a DC switcher's nominal voltage of 5V. It is recommended that the dc dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage be 4.5V. The dc to dc regulator can only accept 5.5V input voltage.
