ISL6520IR-T Overview
Capsuled in the 16-VQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. The dc motor controller is adquate to generate for 1 outputs. Packaging for the pmic consists of Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosures. There are Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. Voltages 4.5V~5.5V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Worked in a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher before. This switching controller can switch at 300kHz. Surface Mount makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. Featured in the dcdc regulator is Phase Control which allows efficient switching control. An analog IC with the SWITCHING CONTROLLER signal is connected to the switch converters. The switching converters's terminal (s) are designed at QUAD . The 16 terminations can be used for a wide range of dc switching. It includes PULSE WIDTH MODULATION as one of the control techniques dc dc converter ic adapts. DC switcher's input voltageis set to 5V. It is recommended that the input voltage of the dc dc voltage regulator be 4.5V. A maximum voltage of 5.5V is accepted by the dc to dc regulator as an input voltage.
