ISL6527CR-T Overview
It comes in a 16-VQFN Exposed Pad package, so switching controller can be used for most applications. dc motor controller is suitable for 1 output generation. An enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package the PMIC. The program can handle Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). dc control's supply and operating voltages are 2.97V~3.63V. Suitable for working in an dc switcher that has a 0°C~70°C TA. Using this switching controller, it is possible to switch at 300kHz. The Surface Mount value makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. The dcdc regulator features Enable, Phase Control for efficient switching control. An analog IC SWITCHING CONTROLLER is connected to the switch converters. Terminal (s) of the switching converters are designed at the QUAD position. 16 terminations with a variety of function. This dc dc converter ic uses a variety of control techniques, including PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. A DC switcher's nominal voltage of 3.3V is input. It is recommended that the input voltage of the dc dc voltage regulator be 2.97V. This dc to dc regulator accepts only 3.63V input voltage at most.
