With its 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller fits the needs of most applications. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. A solid enclosure of Tube surrounds pmic. With this function, you can deal with Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). 2.97V~3.63V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control. Worked in an dc switcher with a -40°C~85°C TA rating. It can switch at 600kHz. The Surface Mount value makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. DCDC regulator is controlled efficiently by Enable, Phase Control. Connected to a SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC, the switch converters are connected to a power supply.
