ISL6594ACB Overview

For greater flexibility, its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is used.A package of Tube has been used.Gate drivers is configured wGate driversh 2 drivers.Gate drivers is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.In the absence of a power supply voltage of 10.8V~13.2V V, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.This device is designed with a N-Channel MOSFET gate type.0°C~125°C TJ is the allowed temperature range for this device.A type of Non-Inverting is used for input in this program.The configuration starts with 8 terminations.In order to operate, a voltage of 12V has to be applied.On the board, there are 8 component pins.Maximum (Bootstrap) voltage is 36V.
