ISL6612BEIB Overview

Its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package is adopted for higher flexibility.Tube represents the packaging method.This configuration includes 2 drivers.There is a mounting bracket in the way of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is set to 7V~13.2V, it can demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.This device allows temperatures in the range of -40°C~125°C TJ.The input type for this program is Non-Inverting.Its configuration starts with 8 terminations.A supply voltage of 12V is required for operation.The board has a total of 8 component pins.There can be a voltage up to 36V on the high-side (Bootstrap).
