LM2738YMYX/NOPB Overview
For optimal performance, this voltage regulator makes use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) Exposed Pad package. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. Adjustable outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~125°C TJ when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 550kHz. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 3V is required for this voltage regulator to operate.
