LM3351MM/NOPB Overview

It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Fixed output. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. As long as its operating temperature is -40°C~85°C TA, dc to dc voltage regulator should perform well. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 200kHz. Despite its low input voltage, this voltage regulator can operate. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 3/2Vin 2/3Vin. DC DC switching regulator's 50mA output current allows for maximum design flexibility. Voltage regulator has a maximum input voltage of 5.5V.
