5-TSSOP, SC-70-5, SOT-353 is used to simplify the process.Based on the Shunt control, this part serves as a voltage reference.A Tape & Reel (TR) external package encloses the voltage reference ic.The voltage reference should have ±1% tolerance.Users can enter input using the Fixed form.For PCB designs with high demands, Surface Mount is available.It can be used with 15mA inputs.The cathode current of a voltage reference ic should be 80μA.It generates a fixed voltage of 2.5V.A supplier device package of SC-70-5 is specified for this voltage reference circuit.
