TO-243AA is used to simplify the process.Based on the Shunt control, this part serves as a voltage reference.A Tape & Reel (TR) external package encloses the voltage reference ic.The voltage reference should have ±2% tolerance.Users can enter input using the Adjustable form.For PCB designs with high demands, Surface Mount is available.Working within the range of -25°C~85°C TA.It can be used with 100mA inputs.The cathode current of a voltage reference ic should be 1mA.It generates a fixed voltage of 2.5V.Voltages of 36V are the highest the voltage reference circuit would send.A supplier device package of SOT-89-3 is specified for this voltage reference circuit.
