LM5027MHX/NOPB Overview

With its 20-PowerTSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, the switching controller fits the needs of most applications. The dc motor controller is adquate to generate for 3 outputs. An enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package the PMIC. The system can process Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). Voltages 13V~90V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Work well in dc switchers with a -40°C~125°C TJ. The switching controller is capable of switching at the 200kHz 490kHz position. Surface Mount makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. Switching control is made easier with the dcdc regulator's Frequency Control, Ramp, Soft Start. There is 20-HTSSOP dc dc controller package associated with this part.
