For greater flexibility, the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is adopted.A package of Tube has been used.This configuration includes 2 drivers.It's mounted on the way to Surface Mount.Using a 9V~14V supply voltage, gate drivers is capable of demonstrating Gate driverss superiorGate driversy.Gate type N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.This device allows temperatures in the range of -40°C~125°C TJ.Non-Inverting is used as the input type in this program.High-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) can be as low as 118V.
