In order to protect the op amps, a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) case is used. An op amp of this type is a Current Sense-type. It comes in a Tube case, which protects instrumentation amplifier from damage during delivery. The number of terminations approaches 8. A total of 8 pins are attached to buffer op amp.
