MC100EP139DW Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tube method. There is a clock generator embedded in the 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package. As the Clock PLL's input, ECL is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. This clock-based frequency generator provides a frequency up to 1GHz Max.
