In order to minimize costs, Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package it. In applications requiring insulating hardware, the 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is able to eliminate the need for this. This is due to the supply voltage of 3V~3.6V, which ensures reliable performance. It is mounted using the Surface Mount technique. The operating temperature of this unit is -40°C~85°C.
