As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. There is a clock generator embedded in the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 240. It contains a total of 16 terminations within RF synthesizer. To operate this time clock generator, 3.3V voltage should be applied. In this clock generator, LVDS, NECL, PECL is used as the input to the clock.
