MC10EL34D Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tube method. As part of the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, this clock generator is embedded. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 240. 16 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 5V. This Clock PLL will be fed by ECL as its input. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 1.1GHz.
