For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tube package. In this voltage regulator, 8 terminations are present. The type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with is SWITCHING REGULATOR. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation.
