Varactor is not recommended to use a breakdown voltage below 30V for analog input domain voltages.A capacitor's capacitance ratio is equal to its capacitance, which is the ability of the capacitor to store an electric current.There is no diode cap tolerance on this device.A diode capacitance of 33pF is capable of being delivered through it.A temperature range of 150°C TJ should be maintained during operation.Varactor is also possible to save space using the TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 package.Considering its maximum power dissipation, it allows power loss to be conducted without overheating.Conversion results are accurate when the peak reverse voltage is within 30V.
