MPY100SG Overview
Tube are used for its packaging.This module is embedded within the 14-CDIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package in order to provide cost-effectiveness.In most cases, there are 4-Quadrant bits per stage.Powered by a voltage of 15V, it operates on a DC supply.In this case, the supply voltage is nominally negative and referred to as -15V.An RF signal modulated at 0.55MHz occupies the frequency range of 0.55MHz.In order to prevent signals from reflecting off the other end of the transmission line, there are 14 terminations.Depending on the component with the lowest tolerance for high temperatures, NOT SPECIFIED will determine the reflow temperature limit.It is analog IC type ANALOG MULTIPLIER OR DIVIDER.In this case, the maximum operating temperature is 125°C.In normal operation, the maximum supply voltage is maintained at 20V.Keeping the operating temperature below -55°C is the maximum permissible.It is a well-known part of the MPY series, which is used in a wide variety of applications.
