This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. As part of the 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. There is a Clock PLL called CML, LVDS, LVPECL which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. For a full understanding of the electronic part's performance, 1 circuits are implemented.
