NCP1403SNT1 Overview
A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. There are 5 terminations in this voltage regulator. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the SOT-23-5 Thin, TSOT-23-5 package. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. A regulator with this 240 peak reflow temperature is essentially indestructible. For operation, voltage regulator provides a nominal input voltage of 3V. There should be no more than or equal to 85°C degrees Celsius as the DC DC switching regulator's maximum operating temperature. DC DC switching regulator's operating temperatures should be higher than -40°C. The maximum switching frequency of the regulator is 300kHz, which is used to operate it.
