NCP1442T Overview


For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tube package. A voltage regulator consists of 7 terminations. A SWITCHING REGULATOR analog IC is used in this voltage regulator 12v, which is the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a TO-220-7 package. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Adjustable output. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Through Hole mounting. Voltage regulators should be operated at 0°C~150°C TJ temperature while operating. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 280kHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.7V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 4A Switch output current of voltage regulator. There is a maximum input voltage of 30V for this voltage regulator 12v. To meet the switching regulator operation requirements, a nominal input voltage of 12V is provided.
