NCP1443T Overview


It uses the Tube package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 7 terminations were made. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the TO-220-7 package. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Through Hole bracket. 0°C~150°C TJ should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. 280kHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.7V is required for this voltage regulator to operate. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 4A Switch output current of voltage regulator. Voltage regulators' input voltage is limited to 30V. In order to meet the operation requirements,voltage regulator is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 12V.
