NCP1529MU135TBG Overview
This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package for optimized performance. In this voltage regulator, there are a total of 6 terminations. A SWITCHING REGULATOR type of analog IC is equipped with this regulator voltage, which is the type of analog IC that is used in it. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the 6-UDFN Exposed Pad package. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. Due to its NOT SPECIFIED high peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator 12v is virtually indestructible. Voltage regulator is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 3.6V to meet the operation requirements. Voltage of voltage regulator can be delivered at 1.35V volts. There should be no more than or equal to 85°C degrees Celsius as the DC DC switching regulator's maximum operating temperature. There should be a temperature difference between -40°C and the DC DC switching regulator's minimal operating temperature. In order for this harley voltage regulator to function properly, it has a maximum switching frequency of 2200kHz. Switching regulators with the IT CAN ALSO OPERATE WITH PFM MODE feature are more efficient and stable. Using a unique technique, it is possible to permit the dc to dc voltage regulator's maximum input voltage. Input voltages as low as 2.7V can be applied to this switching regulator.
