NCP3101MNTXG Overview
As a result of the use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 40 terminations were made. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. The space-saving 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is available for this voltage regulator. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. ICs such as this voltage regulator are capable of generating Adjustable outputs through their output pins. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. -40°C~150°C TJ should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 275kHz. Input voltage 4.5V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. The output voltage of this voltage regulator (Min/Fixed) amounts to 0.8V volts. DC DC switching regulator's 6A output current allows for maximum design flexibility. Voltage regulator's input voltage can reach 13.2V. A regulator voltage's peak reflow temperature amounts to NOT SPECIFIED being indestructible. For operation, switching regulator requires a nominal input voltage of 5V. The maximal output voltage of 11.68V allows adjusting voltage regulator for simple operation.
