NCV1009DR2 Overview


8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) is used to simplify the process.A Tape & Reel (TR) external package encloses the voltage reference ic.Different functions are terminated with 8.IC TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled with the reference voltage.Test statistics determine the output voltage 2.5V.Having 1 outputs is sufficient.The voltage reference ic has 8 pins.During reflow soldering, the temperature shouldn't rise above 240.For PCB designs with high demands, Surface Mount is available.It is tested at 2.508V to see what voltage is produced by the voltage reference circuit.There is 2.492V less than 2.492V voltage output from this voltage reference ic.Temperatures at ambient are as low as 125°C.There should be -40°C temperature at the bottom of the voltage reference ic.
