NCV3163PWG Overview
A Tube package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) Exposed Pad package. In this case, DC DC switching regulator has 1 outputs configured to it. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Adjustable output. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. As long as its operating temperature is -40°C~125°C TA, dc to dc voltage regulator should perform well. A DC-DC switching regulator such as this one switches at 50kHz~300kHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.5V. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 1.25V.
