QS72215-25TF Overview

The 64-QFP package contains FIFO memory chip.It's packaged in the shape of a Bulk .The FIFO chips have a memory of 9K 512 x 18 that can be used to store applications and data.To ensure reliable operation, the temperature should be regulated to 0°C~70°C .The FIFO memory's mounting type is Surface Mount .High efficiency is possible with a supply voltage of 5V .In FIFO means, there are 64 terminations.Using this gadget, RETRANSMIT can also be generated.Vsup is set to 5.5V (FIFO memory IC's maximum supply voltage).For normal operation, keep the supply voltage (Vsup) above 4.5V .
