REF03GS Overview

The voltage reference ic includes 8 pins.Reflow soldering should be performed at a temperature of 240.Surface Mount is available for demanding PCB design.It requires a 15V supply voltage.A minimum voltage of 4.5V is required to supply it.The greatest voltage output from the voltage reference ic is tested 2.515V.The voltage reference circuit outputs a voltage 2.485V less than 2.485V.It has a maximum ambient temperature of 85°C.The voltage reference circuit's bottom temperature should be -40°C.
