REF194GP Overview


This program utilizes the handy 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package.There is an external packaging of Tube.With 8, different functions are terminated.Connected to the part is an analog integrated circuit (IC).An output voltage of 4.5V is determined based on test statistics.It is sufficient to output 1.A part with 8 pins is included.Reflow soldering shouldn't exceed 240.Use of Through Hole can increase the complexity of the PCB design.There must be a 5V supply voltage for it to function.The voltage must be 4.75V at a minimum.4.51V is the greatest voltage output from the voltage reference ic.A voltage of 4.49V or greater is output by the voltage reference circuit.The gadget is from the REF19 line.Temperatures at the maximum ambient are 85°C.A temperature of -40°C should be detected at the bottom of the voltage reference ic.
