8-CDIP (0.300, 7.62mm) is used to simplify the process.A Tube external package encloses the voltage reference ic.Different functions are terminated with 8.IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled with the reference voltage.Test statistics determine the output voltage 2.5V.Having 1 outputs is sufficient.The voltage reference ic has 8 pins.During reflow soldering, the temperature shouldn't rise above NOT APPLICABLE.For PCB designs with high demands, Through Hole is available.0 volts is the required supply voltage.There is a minimum voltage requirement of 4.5V.It is tested at 2.505V to see what voltage is produced by the voltage reference circuit.There is 2.495V less than 2.495V voltage output from this voltage reference ic.Temperatures at ambient are as low as 85°C.There should be -40°C temperature at the bottom of the voltage reference ic.
