SN74150N Overview
As a means of saving space, digital switch is provided in the 24-DIP (0.600, 15.24mm).It is packaged in the way of Tube.Digital switch ic adheres to a mounting method of Through Hole.In the multiplexers, the analog IC is indicated by Multiplexer.By keeping the operating temperature at 0°C~70°C, turn signal switch will not be affected by external factors.Design engineers have more flexibility when digital controlled switch operates at 4.75V~5.25V voltage.The multiplexers can be used for a wide range of applications since they are members of 7400 series.
