TL431AIDMR2 Overview
This program uses the 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package.As a voltage reference, it operates on Shunt control.Tape & Reel (TR) external packaging encloses the voltage reference ic.As a result of terminations 8, a number of functions are performed.For precise voltage measurements, ±1% is the tolerance.A digital IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled to the voltage reference ic.A test statistic determines the output voltage 2.495V.A 1 output is sufficient.To enter input, the user fills out a Adjustable form.The part has 8 pins.Reflow soldering should not exceed 240 degrees Celsius.By using Surface Mount, the PCB design can be made more demanding.A suitable candidate for work within -40°C~85°C TA.Input applications can use the voltage reference with 100mA.It is generally considered correct to have a cathode current of 1mA.To supply it, you need a minimum voltage of 2.495V.Fixed/minimal voltage of 2.495V is generated.2.44V is the minimum voltage output by the voltage reference circuit.Voltages up to 36V could be sent by the voltage reference circuit.
