TL431BCLPRE3 Overview


A handy package called TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) (Formed Leads) is used.It is used as a voltage reference and is controlled by Shunt.The handy Tape & Reel (TR) variable is used in this program.The 3 terminations have a variety of functions.A precise voltage reference must have a tolerance of ±0.5%.The reference voltage is coupled to an analog IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.On the basis of the test statistics, 2.495V voltage is output.The output of 1 is sufficient.Input is taken from a Adjustable form.3 pins are included in the voltage reference ic.Temperatures should not rise above 240 during reflow soldering.For PCB designs that require high precision, Through Hole is available.100mA input applications can use the reference voltage.Generally, the cathode current should be 600μA.Supplying it with 2.495V volts is the minimum voltage required.The voltage generated is fixed/minimum at 2.495V.This voltage reference ic outputs a voltage of at least 2.483V.A maximum ambient temperature of 70°C can be reached.There would be 36V higher voltage than 36V from the voltage reference circuit.
