A higher degree of flexibility is achieved by adopting its 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.A package of Tape & Reel (TR) has been used.This device is equipped with 2 drivers for its configuration.There is a mounting bracket in the way of Surface Mount.A supply voltage of 4.5V~15V demonstrates its superiority.Gate drivers is designed wGate driversh a N-Channel MOSFET gate.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as -40°C~125°C TJ.Inverting is used as the input type.Mosfet driver is possible for the high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) to be as low as 28V.
