TPS60303DGS Overview
Using the Tube package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package. 2 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. There are output pins on this DC DC switching regulator that generate Fixed output. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~125°C TJ when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. 700kHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 0.9V as an input voltage. There is a adjusting voltage regulator's voltage output (Min/Fixed) of 2Vin 3V.
