TPS65120RGTTG4 Overview

The voltage regulator supports a total of 4 outputs. The rectifier regulator is conveniently packaged in 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad. The power regulator is currently available in Tape & Reel (TR) packages. The output voltage of this voltage controller is 3V~5.6V Adj up to 20V Adj down to -18V. Easy adaptability with the Surface Mount universal mount. The shunt regulator is intended for use at Converter, TFT LCD as well as other applications. As a precaution, it is recommended to set the operating temperature to -40°C~85°C to prevent malfunctions. Input voltage for this external regulator is designed to be 2.5V~5.5V.
