A frequency of 2.65GHz~3.15GHz is used to operate RF modulator.This RF IC features an enhanced 56-VFQFN Exposed Pad package .Tape & Reel (TR) package is used for this RF modulator.This RF modulator can be placed on any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.
