UC2823Q Overview

It comes in a 20-LCC (J-Lead) package, so switching controller can be used for most applications. It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs with this dc motor controller. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Tube rating. With Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s), it is able to handle it. 8.4V~30V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control. Worked in a -25°C~85°C TA dc switcher before. The switching controller can be switched at 340kHz~460kHz. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. Featured in the dcdc regulator is Current Limit, Enable, Frequency Control, Ramp, Soft Start which allows efficient switching control.
